    Town Clean Up

    The sophomore class is hosting a town clean up as a fundraiser for their class on Saturday, October 26th. See Mrs. Morrone, Dr. Blass, Mrs. Hess or the Class of 2022 officers for more information. Volunteers will be able to receive hours for Key Club. We hope to see you there!


     

    Hoffman DiMuzio Gift of the Heart Scholarship

    The Hoffman DiMuzio Community “Gift of the Heart” Scholarship awards scholarships to one male and one female student from each high school in Gloucester County. Recipients must have a B average, have demonstrated extensive civic involvement/community service throughout their high school career, and submit a 350 word essay describing their community service along with a resume to the Guidance Office. Deadline for essay/resume submissions is November 20, 2019. Visit the Guidance Office with any questions


     

    ASVAB TEST

    Attention all Juniors and Seniors. If you are interested in a career in the military please register for the ASVAB test in the guidance office. The test will be given on Tuesday, November 12 in the media center. Register early as space is very limited.


     

    RENAISSANCE FORMS

    Renaissance forms are now available in the Main Office. All forms are due back to the Main Office by November 6th at 2:50 p.m. to be eligible for a card of any level. NO EXCEPTIONS!


     

    FBLA FUNDRAISER

    The Pitman High School Future Business Leaders of America club is hosting a fundraiser at the local Chick-fil-a on October 21 between 5 and 8 pm. Just mention Pitman High School when ordering dinner, and a portion of sales will benefit the club. Hope to see you there!


     

    FOOTBALL

    Congratulations to the Pitman Panther football team as they improved to 3-2 on the season with a dominating 30-14 victory over Riverside on Friday night. Danny Powell ran for 108 yards, ran for a touchdown, and threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Dom Hainsworth, while Shane McFadden ran for 116 yards and 2 touchdowns for the Panthers. Defensively, Dominic Iannella & Thomas Derenberger turned in solid performances in the victory. With the win, Pitman is off to its best start since the 2002 season. Come out and support the Panthers this Friday as they travel to Cumberland. Kick-off is at 6pm, GO PANTHERS!
