Welcome Future Pitman Students & Families!
The Pitman School District, our teachers and staff, welcome you to our educational family! Residents of the Pitman Borough, as well as prospective families of our neighboring communities, are eligible to enroll their child(ren) in our schools to begin their academic journeys. Whether you are a new student or a returning one, the following steps will guide you through the enrollment process. Kindly review the details & documentation you'll need to get started!
Eligibility:
For Preschool, your child must be 3 /4 years old on or before October 1, 2024. For Kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2024.
Step 1: Pre-Registration Portal
- To begin, visit our pre-enrollment page, by clicking the "enroll now" button to the right or visiting the following link: Pitman School District - Powerschool Pre-Enrollment Portal
- Fill out the general parent/guardian & student information.
- Be sure to select the correct year to register!

- Once done, click "submit". If successful, a green checkmark will be displayed. You'll receive a confirmation email within ~15 minutes confirming your entry.
- You may fill out the page again if you have more than 1 enrolling student.
Our Board of Education - Enrollment Registrar reviews all applicants. Over the coming days, be on the lookout for following email messages from Power school, or any email or phone contact from our enrollment office. Please be sure to check your spam folders periodically!
Step 2: Create your PowerSchool Parent Account:
- When approved, a second email will be sent with instructions explaining how to create your account in PowerSchool and complete the registration process in the Student and Parent PowerSchool Portal.
- Create your Student and Parent Account by visiting https://pitmanps.psisjs.com/public/home.html (or by clicking the "PowerSchool" page on our website.
- Click Create Account - and using the Access ID and Access Password provided in the email provided - enter it here.
Step 3: Registration Forms
With your account created, you will now be able to complete registration forms and upload all associated documents. Access these forms by:
1. Clicking the forms link on the left-hand menu. On the following page, select the enrollment tab.
2. At your own pace, please complete all forms presented. Progress for each form can be saved, so if need be, you can return later.
